Returns & Custom Orders
Our goal at Life Is Wanderful Co. is for you to love your vacation-inspired gear! Because our apparel is custom printed-to-order just for you, items are typically non-returnable. However, if there is a manufacturing issue, we want to make it right.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a 100% free replacement or full refund.
- Damaged or defective claims must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.
Reporting a Quality Issue
To be eligible for a 100% free replacement or refund on a damaged or defective order, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The issue must be reported within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Condition: The garment must be completely unworn and unwashed, with no stains, odors, or pet hair.
- Verification: Please email us at support@lifeiswanderfulco.com with a brief description and a clear photo of the printing error or damage so we can fast-track your replacement.
Items That Are Not Eligible for Refund
We are unable to offer refunds or structural returns for the following:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, having been washed, or possessing odors or pet hair
- Issues based solely on personal preferences, such as style, color, or fit
Please check our size chart and product details before placing your order. Slight differences in color due to screen settings or minor details, such as loose threads, are not considered manufacturing defects.
A Note on Sizing Exceptions:
Because our vacation gear is custom printed-to-order just for you, we strictly do not accept standard returns or exchanges for fit. However, we want you to love your gear! If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.
As a one-time courtesy, we may offer a replacement size at a heavily discounted production and shipping rate. To keep our environmental footprint small, we do not require you to ship the original garment back—we simply ask that you gift or donate it to someone in need. Limit one sizing courtesy replacement per customer.
Refund Timelines
Once we have reviewed your request and approved a refund:
- Processing: It will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank Delays: Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company can take additional time to officially post the refund to your account.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your request was approved and you still haven't seen the credit, please reach out to us at support@lifeiswanderfulco.com so we can investigate.
